Alexandra Choa Tan

Founder and Managing Director of FR[A]MEWORKS Group, Alexandra Choa Tan, believes that all young people have the potential to be authentic, efficient, high-valued professionals upon entering the workforce. She has offered a series of practiced and successful 1 on 1 coaching sessions and team coaching workshops for professionals, corporations and organisations that operate in creative industries. Using a series of design thinking and executive coaching tools, Alexandra now focuses her work with educational institutions towards conceptualising professional literacy coaching programmes for young people, allowing them become more resourceful, confident and self-assured when building their professional identity.

Since 2021 has spearheaded FRAMEWORKS Group’s mission in supporting the next generation of industry leaders, and now supports 300+ young people every year through her professional development programme, working closely with parents and 13 International secondary institutions in the APAC region.

Alexandra is a certified Transformational Executive Coach (PCC), Producer and an Independent Curator.

Alexandra has previously worked for Sotheby’s, Art Partners, Art Central, Hong Kong Arts Centre, Rossi & Rossi Gallery, Salvatore Ferragamo and more. Her experience in Producing and Curating theatrical events and productions, has given her the ability to connect with her clients in a way that fosters a trusting and productive relationship.

Alexandra studied Art History at University College London (UCL), specialising in eighteenth century print culture, politics of aesthetics and film. Upon graduation, Alexandra attended Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (RCSSD) in London, and received an MFA in Creative Producing. She worked for many years as a curator, patron liaison, project manager and coordinator of exhibitions and events.

Kotoe

Born in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong, Kotoe brings a global perspective shaped by her education and work across Asia, UK, and US. She attended German Swiss International School then Sevenoaks School before studying at Duke University and earning her law degree from Cornell University. She spent a decade as a cross-border M&A lawyer at a leading American law firm, working in New York, Singapore, Tokyo, the Middle East, London, and Hong Kong.

Kotoe is a certified executive coach through Georgetown University and the founder of Global Mind Institute, coaching organizations and professionals excel in multicultural workplaces.

Alongside her professional work, Kotoe has partnered with international schools in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan to build mentorship and internship programs in law firms and financial institutions that give high-school students exposure to real-world careers. She is passionate about helping young people develop non-academic skills such as confidence, perspective, communication, and self-awareness to support them in school and beyond.
