We reframe what ‘future-ready’ looks like for young people. We strengthen links between academia and industry, by giving young people access to test careers in a real-world professional setting. Through our programmes, they develop a stronger character, a sharper confidence and a professional literacy to stand out. FRAMEWORKS is a registered non-profit organisation.
We work with individuals, enterprises, secondary and tertiary institutions in the Greater Bay Area and greater APAC region, to strengthen links between academia and industry, by providing young people with a professional development coaching series, then supporting them in finding work experiences as an extension of each institution’s quality education and each enterprise’s community engagement objectives.
At FR[A]MEWORKS, we believe that just by reframing the way we support our young people towards reaching their optimal potential, we help them to increase their value in their chosen field of work sooner and with ease, expediting the impact and economic growth they have on the community around us both professionally and socially.
We provide educational institutions with a professional development workshop series and assist them in matching students with work experience, to support institutions with their learning enhancement initiatives. We share with students the essential tools and frameworks to adapt, grow and excel in any field of work.
In turn, we work with companies and institutions in both Creative and STEM industries to help offer young people more relevant work experience prior to them applying for their first job. FRAMEWORKS enables young people to be more valuable to companies as future staff members.
